I didn’t use Harveys, but wanted to leave a review to let others know. Their website promised an online quotation so I answered all the questions and was then told I would receive a call. When the salesperson rang I asked for the promised quotation and they said they had to visit to quote. I said I wasn’t interested. In spite of this I continued to receive calls requesting an appointment. The worst sort of high pressure selling. I recommend NOT using Harvey’s
Found Acorn to be a very competent and professional organisation. They provided excellant advice and information prior to purchase and installation of a new stairlift. Am delighted with the quality, ease of equipment use and warranty arrangements.
ALTHOUGH I HAVE A VERY NARROW STAIRCASE AND IT'S A BIT TIGHT I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY STAIR LIFT.

I’m afraid I cant rate the Quality as I’m expecting the delivery next week however the ones that were ready in the store looked and felt good, same with expectations but I had to go for a special made one as the once on sale and ready were too large even they small ones.
