I had hoped to hear from some water softener companies - only one contacted me and I was unable to find any info about the company I wanted to use. Still trying to get a Monarch water softener!
I have installed water softener on date 25/09/23. I had problem with worker and company. Worker damaged my dishwasher not working Tumble dryer broke and I find out upstairs no soft water Soon as I find out I send an email. They did not take notice. Email back word and forward. Compney they don’t care for customers. Still am am without dishwasher and dryer and kitchen cabinet panel all in mass. In end I contact the Finiacial company. Bit hard but getting used to it
I was told that the powered swivel could not be retro fitted, yet when the engineer made a mistake and did not install first time around it was the work of 20 mins or so to put it right so maybe there was bending of the truth. Subsequently bits have started to fall off despite the lift being only a month old it took a 20 min wait on the phone to get through to someone who advised me that it could be up to 7 days before an engineer gets in touch. Not my idea of speedy service.
