Customer service and the engineers handling the product and installation are really good, friendly and experts. I am not sure about the quality of the product now, it use to be excellent 10 years back, I can vouch for that as my other property has it from past 10 years without a single call-out for any kind of disruption. Salt lasts longer in the older unit as for the same price, you are getting bigger blocks.
New units, which I recently got installed is already malfunctioning. Salt which was

Honestly quite frustrating experience, I fill in my details to supposedly get a quote and instead I get inundated with calls during work hours and multiple emails being told that they can't even give a ballpark figure unless they come to my house first - not even the cost of the actual machine they wouldn't tell me!!
