We bad to call cudtomer services within minutes of installation as he didn’t completely install the unit . Bits were left unplugged and literally install and off ! . My parents had no idea how to work the stair lift infact we needed two subsequent visits for the stairlift to be fully operational, my mum was crying after paying out so much money and finding it wasn’t working !!! Very bad service in this area when the majority of installations will be with the elderly .
Delivered and installed on time - Explained the working of the Lift in plain English - left the place CLEANER than before!
My bed was delivered quickly and Im very happy with the quality of the bed base and headboard. It’s great being able to adjust the bed to suit my sleep position. There was a slight discrepancy with my order but the customer services team were absolutely brilliant and sorted it out straight away without any problems. Highly recommended.
My guess is they're all overpriced.
I called Acorn to make an appointment. They visited the next day to explain and advise how they could help, and measurements were taken. The stair lift was fitted three days later, but an adjustment had to be made due to my husband’s height. This was all concluded within one week, from the first ‘phone call to completion of installation. A very satisfactory purchase.
