Delivered and assembled right on time. Really love it - comfy, fully adjustable to my needs, already improving sleep and circulation. Only tiny gripe they left the remote cord lead too short! They are sending someone to fix this. Overall, extremely satisfied.

We did have one small hiccup which your technical operator cheerfully talked us through resolving successfully.

I received first class service
I was disappointed with the very expensive after-sales support for the extended guarantee and service which was not explained clearly when purchasing the stairlift. No next day service as advertised.
No body called me , very disappoint
We were able to view the range of chairs available in an easy and relaxed visit to the showroom. We were very impressed that Camelot went out of their way to accommodate our visit ‘out of hours’.
the hand piece is not secure nothing to fit it anywhere.
