After four weeks we said we weren’t happy with the bed, we had changed from a super king to a king and gone from a Tempur mattress to two supplied by Willowbrook, when I informed them we weren’t happy and said we would like a replacement minus a super king mattress. They gave us a price of £3500.00 which in our opinion is taking advantage.
Is it possible for you to get them to improve the price.
