The saleman did not make it clear enough precisely where the chair would park. At both the top and the bottom, simply by extending the run by some 18 inches, the chair would park in a more convenient pisition. Instead, at installation it stopped in quite obtrusive places. At installation, i persuaded the engineer to extend the top by 18 inches. He was excellent. However i was forced to approach Accorn to sort the bottom end. They wanted to charge me another £780 on top of the £6000 already paid.
