i have emailed the head office 3 times the last time they said they would get back to me in 24hrs it is now a week later and i have heard nothing the ster service is a joke i am beginning to wish u had never spent all that money on a bed that doesn't function correctly

But my findings and thoughts won't be found anywhere !
There seems to be a Cartel as many companies costs are so so similar.
In my case they priced themselves out of the market, and I found a solution elsewhere.
