Was installed on 25 “ stairs! Too small, had bruised knees,, nowhere to put my feet safely when stopping at the top ,went wrong on 2nd day. Realised it was far too big, shouldn’t have been installed. After almost a month of texts phone calls and emails, my son finally was able to have it taken back.

Gears and bearings sound rough
Just has all our guttering, fanciers, soffit, windows, doors and a new large carport with UVPC cladding all down one side fitted, finished today. We are overwhelmed with the quality of the work. The 2 lads never stopped all week, or took breaks, polite and very respectful. They have done a fantastic job of everything they have done. We have a round window also which looks great. Can't fault anything. Unbeatable quote, we accepted instantly. I'm shocked they completed everything in only a week. I
