Everything from beginning to end was very smooth, from initial contact with surveyor to final fitting. The office kept me informed and issued all relevant paperwork. The fitters were professional and always willing to adapt to my wishes where possible. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very competitive pricing

Generally, excellent. Customer service, survey and no hard sell. Product looked high quality. Cannot fault the company. Just decided that it wasn't the right time to buy a new stairlift and hired one for a year instead. Couldn't , therefore comment on value for money.
