Riser chair ordered early November with 9 weeks delivery quoted, but chair still not delivered and expected in two weeks. Chair is made in China and presumably delay caused by revision to shipping route, ie not using Suez Canal and ship sailing around South Africa.
The chosen riser recliner in cream leather fitted the rooms décor - the delivery was prompt and supportive as I was worried about one of our internal door widths - the assembly and demonstration of the chair was supportive and humorous and all questions were answered - we are delighted
I purchased a Sherbourne chair from my local furniture store.
They were fantastic gave great service & support me.
They helped to ensue I got the vat removed.
Could not have asked for more.
Delivery was smooth and I live a second storey flat...34 steps Stairwell no Lift.

One snag - The headrest supplied was too thick, it did not reflect the that material had to be removed to fit my wife's requirements.
i never got my quote as promised
Was able to visit showroom and select the best choice for my needs.
Plus 18 month warranty
The waste from the work was removed the day following completion of stages 1 and 2 of the installation and our chair lift was removed as soon as the lift was ready .
The whole experience was as efficient as possible.
No decision on supplier to date.
