Very good service but very slow with there answering there call centre, if u have time to wait over 45 minutes to answer, other wise good service.
Wasn’t told would take up a double cupboard space and customer services is a waste of time, called 5 times and 2 emails never replied to me
I find that the stairlift we chose is the neatest looking with it’s relatively slim track. I am very pleased that there are no holes in the wall, it screws down through the stair carpet if ever it should be removed. You will not find a nicer, more helpful and efficient fitter than Jonathan, very organised and absolutely no mess.
Chairs did not work properly
Nice neat stair lift that does the job well but does not feel too intrusive in our home. Makes a huge difference to us being able to manage at home. Nice people to deal with also

I helped my dad to buy a refurbished Stannah stairlift from a local independent company. The service was excellent and the cost was brilliant value for money. Although refurbished, the upholstery and twin batteries were brand new.
