The seat was too hard for me to sit on, could not get a refund, first they said it was out of the time frame then changed it to say it was because it was bespoke. Agreed to me having the seating changed on the chair, still waiting, apparently they only have 1 spare chair to use while mine was taken away as a replacement until it is done, 1 chair? For a big company like this, and there are 6 people waiting for it before me. Ridiculous. Would not recommend this company at all.
I made an appointment several times but they've never showed up.
A gap is created at the base of the headboard when the bed is put up and down which allows the pillow to partially fall down the gap.
The mattress is smaller than the bed frame it sits on.
Is this a design fault ?
I have a chair and bed from this company and they are great for me getting in and out of them.
I ordered my bed 10 week ago and I am still waiting for my new bed, being disabled means it makes my life a little bit easier having an electric powered adjustable bed unfortunately my old bed has seen better days, so since before Christmas I haven't had a decent night sleep, the bed I chose was top of the range and was buitifuly made but the delivery time is the main problem.
