The staff in the office and on the telephone are excellent but I'm not satisfied with the product or the standard of workmanship.. It was fitted for my husband but he can't fit in the space available. The wiring was a total mess, as was the follow up appointment to rectify the first. Far from satisfied with my purchase.

It would have been nice to see a photo with a User, as the chair looks big, but is smaller in real life. The assembly is somewhat awkward when one is elderly or disabled, and it should have been flagged. The movement remote control gives no clue as to what the buttons actually do, and neither does the instruction sheet. That is really the worst part of this chair, and it should be addressed as getting comfortable and then being able to stand up again really is a matter of trial and error!!
