An extra message to the gentleman that cleared the rubbish. Again excellent. Perception of depth in the lift is difficult entering the lift but this was overcome by fixing some static pictures to the rear
My brother in law is now going to source a softener as he was so impressed with the results that we are enjoying,
81 yr old mother had chairlift put in 2/9. She needs more instruction on how to use it. Acorn said they would come back or call and they haven’t. She finally got a hold of someone and they said “ she’s on a ticket and someone will contact her” we got it for her safety and she can’t use it!

Im very happy with product and how quickly it was installed. Engineer who installed it was brilliant. Only frustration is that I still haven’t received my purchase confirmation as we paid it in full on installation 08/02/2024 but today is 23/02/2024 and still haven’t received it
The products are not yet due for delivery so I cannot comment on future values
We are receiving our chairs next week
