Need to get the engineer back for a slight adjustment. The chair does not quite turn 90 degrees at the top of the stairs. Otherwise excellent

Camelot we're brilliant from the first phone call to them. Henry was very thorough, emailing details swiftly confirming the call. All relevant information from the outset, and swiftly incorporate a couple of changes that I requested. The chair was delivered, assembled and demonstrated by a pair of excellent operative who couldn't have been more helpful. I spent a lot of money, but this was still less than most of the Brand Name companies, and they were far more helpful without being pushy. Great

It ceased to work on the first try after engineer left. Came back and repaired but it has stopped working properly again. Customer service shocking and late to non existent response. Actually suggested they come remove it and they refund me but have heard nothing
