After completing your quote checker questionnaire, Verisure went on to call me constantly! I had to block approx 10 different mobile numbers which they then moved on to the next number. In all; they must have rung me 50+ times over 2 weeks! Not what I was expecting when I asked for a quote!

My recliner is my favourite piece of furniture. It's everything I had been told it would be. Very comfortable, modern design, and looks good as good as new after 5 years or so. It's certainly my chair of choice.

This is hardly an adequate survey to help prospective buyers. My new Harvey softener appears to be well engineered but what Harvey don't tell you is that they have shaped the salt block receiver such that it will only receive their shaped salt blocks. Very sneaky! The machine consumes rather more salt than my previous Kinetico Model. The installer was very pleasant and seemed competent but I need a third visit to sort out a minor leak.

I have a leather recliner and there seems to be an issue with this rising up and creasing on seat, suggesting foam filling too soft or leather covering too large to be tight. I'm not unduly bothered by such, but it has been commented on by more than one other now!
