My mother fell and broke her hip and leg so called in Handicare to fit a stairlift. Had hoped that it would be installed before she was released from hospital but it took a full 2 months for installation because Handicare wanted to come back time and time again to remeasure. While I appreciate that they want to get things right, I do not understand why the first, full photographic survey was not sufficient. This meant that my mother was home for a month before being able to access the shower ups
Very suitable for our needs very comfortable but cannot charge iPhone or iPad which is a disappointment

Oak Tree Mobility. Problems started very early after purchase. Managers refused to talk to customer, they hid behind telephone staff, and blamed the customer for the faults. Steer well clear in my opinion.
This company gave us excellent service. The stairlift is a terrific product, and serves us well. No more worries going up and down the stairs. We are now able to get my husband out and about. Thank you.
Good sensible option of a used unit
