Fantastic service quick fitting, competitive price, knowledgable service, no pushy sales

My parents purchased 2 leather rise and recline chairs following a home visit by a lovely man called Tim. The chairs were made to measure for both parents. From order to delivery took just 2 weeks. The quality of the chairs is excellent.

Although there was a few teething prolems, it was delt with very quickly and efficiently. My only thought is , would the service have been the same if id already paid the balance ??

Only had it for about two weeks.does not seem to be working yet.

Could be a bit more cumfortable.

After 1 year, we had to have the bands replaced on the riser.And then every year. the leather on 1 arm of chair, started peeling and cracking. Repaired at our expense. It was very difficult to get support from the supplier.On both chairs , the leather is showing signs of distrss and wear.The chairs have always been cared for , with the correct maintainance,All in all it has been a very stressful experience.afater only 3 & half years, we are now awaiting delivery of 2 new leather chairs, with a

Excellent service & professional. The chair I chose relieves my lower back pain considerably. Due to having degenerative discs, protrusion mass pushing on nerve roots. A few hours a day gives me relief.

Blocks of salt are very heavy & as we ve become older, problematic
