It may be that I had a pretty crumy chair of a bad day with horrible weather which led to a bad days so showing we what to do was a chappy experience. Or the fact I expected a positive outcome put a jinx on everything. So expectation were low.

It has not actually arrived yet.

Colour not quite as expected. Dual motor chair not properly explained. Would have preferred to be able to put chairs nearer to wall.

Only disappointment is the fact that the provider does not put the bed together and a further charge is made for this service by an independent person. Service in the store was excellent.

Staff understood that the decision to have a stairlift was my mothers no pressure or attempt persuasion, which was appreciated,

I have not been able to get any supplier to be prepared to give me a price guide on the cost of their chairs, as an older person I like the "feel/touch" experience in buying, I am used to buying bespoke items so " your we manufacture " is not a new thing to me what is is the reluctance to give prices without a demonstration.
