Prompt service helpful delivery driver brought int my living room
I was able to rent a stairlift which was more suitable due to my Dad being terminally ill. The whole process was very well handled and the rep and the engineer were very kind and supportive to my Dad.
Service is good and efficient
Fitted within 4 days of purchase, fitter efficient and pleasant. Lift a little noisy but efficient.
Should provide washable replacement arm covers

I don't feel I was given the chair I paid for, it was damaged on delivery, & it doesn't operate properly!!
Very pleased with the stairlift I would recommend them so easy to put in only took one and half hours.
Still not found someone to install my system
