This is my second Harveys softener, and I am equally pleased.

Love the chair but think £3995 was a lot to pay. After the demo we thought it would be a lot of hassle to have more demos from other providers so made the commitment to purchase rather hastily.
So far so good. I only wish I had done more research. If I had I believe the value for money score would have increased.

Sent this once,but it didn.t go. My report is NOT FAVORABLE. The equipment installed blocks a door
when the chair is down and in the charging station.
Acorn Staff were advised and the problem checked. told them if the lift could not be fixed it would have to be removed. Listen to the recording and check the photos taken of and about the install job. (not good)
If you can not fix this problem I have decided to change the door. I am thinking of making it open in or making

The stairlift blocks a bedroom door when stopped in the charging station. I have had conversations with Acorn staff about this problem.but have not received any satisfaction. If you have in fact recorded my conversations with Acorn staff you will hear me tell them
( FIX THE PROBLEM, OR TAKE THE STAIRS OUT ) I can not allow the mistake Acorn's workers made during the
Installation of the stairlift, a person could be unable to get out of this room.
I do want to keep the stairlift and
