The stair lift I had fitted was not the one I agreed to Ordered a left hand side of staircase and got a right hand size one Ididnt realise until half way through fitting I agreed that it would be alright to continue on fitting it Salesman and fitter very pleasant No pressure sell Had a small problem 2 weeks after fitting engineer came out within 4 hours
