I only went to show room and loon I don't have one yet I wanted a recliner chair and a recliner bed

Fitters exceeded our expectations removed every tiny scrap of packaging . Calmly and quietly set it all up and fixed it to the stairs, then spent as long as we wanted /needed to make shure we could operate it safely and understood what to do if problems occurred they where fantastic. And although we haven’t used it got there back up service is second to none
Although I I got a speedy response sadly my home was not compatible with a lift
Paid for chair from stock on day of delivery rang to say chair was damaged and fabric ripped. Just offered refund. No attempt to offer alternative, seems customers are an inconvenience to there operation
