We went along to the company address, tried out various mattresses, and different bed base's, we were told the differences in each and then chose our bed material, we had excellent customer service from start to finish, cannot fault anything, and we are now sleeping the best sleep ever...highly recommend this company for the care they take to get the right bed for you.
