My father has been at Amberwood House for two weeks for some respite care. I am so impressed! He has been so well looked after and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are kind and caring and he has been extremely happy during his stay. I would highly recommend.

I stupidly ordered my adjustable bed on phone from Oak Tree. after my first night it seemed okay but the following 2 nights I woke up with a cramp like feeling in my legs I called them to return the bed and refund my money - still waiting for them to collect the bed almost 3 weeks later - I am very annoyed with them , two weeks later they have not collected the bed - I am 76 years old and am finding it difficult to move around my bedroom with 2 beds in it. It was supposed to be picked up last T
