I do not have an adjustable bed, I only asked for information.
I no longer need any information on this bed as we have bought a new bed now.
So pleased with my new adjustable bed.Seem to take very little time for Andy to assemble it while his mate brought all the parts into house and up the stairs, no easy job. 2 lovely chaps so helpful. Am sure once I get used to the different type of mattress all will be fine. Would truly recommend your company to others. Marelyn
A salesman brought a chair to my house. No double meter
Wanted to shoe mw features that I was not interested in.
Told me he would increase the dimensions of the chair being demonstrated.
Took no measurements of me.
A complete waste of time.

A bolt/screw is protruding from rail which could hurt someone's hand if going upstairs (not everyone needs the stairlift). Needs to be fixed.
The white rail on which the stairlift runs seems to get "scuffed" and needs to be cleaned. Not sure why this is happening.
Still getting used to my bed ,but I find it is easing my back pain a bit ,plus I don't need loads of pillows to prop myself up to help my COPD, I would recommend this company.

Got a bonded leather one, the chair works great but the bonded leather is hopeless it all pealed off i had to buy covers for it, all i can say is do not buy a bonded leather one.?
Really helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom and it really helped with my Mum being able to try the lift and work out the best one for her needs. Also an excellent installer who took care in what he was doing and did an excellent job, especially with both parents who have dementia.
