Ian the manager came out at short notice measured up and gave us all the options new and second hand prices he assured us all the second hand stair lifts they have where like new and 12 months warranty, we choose a second one and it was fitted by Craig who was very polite and did a very good job, and Ian was right the stair lift is like brand new I would definitely recommend affordablemobility
I should not have bought a chair unseen and untried. manufacture is good but fit and value could be better
The water softener works well and it easy to maintain. I am just not sure that I like the feel of soft water. This has nothing to do with the Harveys water softener because I would have the same experience with any provider
