The rep was very nice, gave us all the info, took measurements etc and left with our deposit. Unfortuneately the lift does not meet our needs, is too
large for the stair, it stops automatically after the second stair, the controls are not as we had agreed and the runner bolted to the carpet is at an angle.

Ian the manager came out at short notice measured up and gave us all the options new and second hand prices he assured us all the second hand stair lifts they have where like new and 12 months warranty, we choose a second one and it was fitted by Craig who was very polite and did a very good job, and Ian was right the stair lift is like brand new I would definitely recommend affordablemobility
