Had to call for an engineer to call as there was a loose wire visible coming from underneath the rail.

Engineer was given wrong start time and arrived at 8.00 am instead of 10.00 therefore I was not ready to allow him to start.

They cause multiple providers to basically harass you with calls at what basically always seems to be the most inconvenient times. It was about 16 calls in one day I received.
The he water softener has been an excellent addition and I can see the difference in my kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and the drinking water filter is a must.
The sales person and installer were both professional and friendly.
