I purchased my Triumph 3wheel mobility scooter from mobility plus+ a few months ago now. It arrived promptly with next day and was kept up to date with expected delivery time. It was well packed but I had a small issue with the seat lever. I contacted customer services who were very apologetic and deal with the problem quickly with a new seat arriving the next day. The service was shocking. The salesperson told us we could return the stairlift if we needed to and sell it back. Sadly my dad passed away and Acorn wanted to charge us £250 to take it away. Not what you need when you are grieving. I would 100% not recommend them.
