Very happy with the excellent customer service and product.
I was not happy about sizes of beds delivered I was expecting 2 single beds the same size but recieved 2 different sizes
Thr fitter was late and it was hard to contact the company to establish why. The phone call kept being disconnected. He eventually arrived about an hour or so after the agreed time. The fitter was pleasant and seemed to fit everything in an efficient was although left dirty handprints everywhere...not a big problem though. He did go through the instructions very quickly and mum didn't understand too well. I had to go over these again a few times with mum after he had left.

Luke was very polite respectable and explained everything I needed to know about myt stair lift
Site survey Manager excellent. Job done the following day. Installers really good and helpful. Very happy with the new machine. Head office took back my old salt blocks and replaced them with new variants which are much better. New salt level app really great.
There are much cheaper options eg Daily Mail Furniture but I am unable to comment on quality.
