Exceptional service.

Not impressed when installation was twice cancelled

Excellent - best thing done for a long time.

Very disappointed with the quality, looks flimsy and not fit for purpose, as a metal support/moving part snapped on the very first time I tried to use the bed. I was told there was three options for the firmness of the mattress soft, medium and firm but was told today there was not, Mattress comfort was controlled by altering something under the mattress which when my so and myself looked we couldn't see how. So I an not at all happy and it's only day one

Acorn came and looked at a cottage we were thinking of buying but unfortunately they said that it would not be possible to put a stair lift in. They were very helpful and kind and we were most impressed with their care.

The fitter was pleasant and polite very informative
