Very nice and friendly staff, very fast service and I’m very pleased with the service

Only asked a simple question & wish I hadn't bothered. The amount of calls emails texting was awful they just wouldn't stop. I just wanted a brochure to have a look through but unfortunately you need to leave all your details. They also wanted to make an appointment for a rep to call in as he just happened to be in the area that day. Very very pushy with sales which must put people off. Went elsewhere to purchase what I wanted.

Quite a good riser, recliner chair, does what I needed and a very good price. The staff in Bristol were excellent.

Halfway up the stairs there is a jolt. The installer said that there were two running bars because they the stairs were too long for one. This is a old terraced house in an old industrial town (Port Talbot) How many runners are required in a new house ?

I requested a quote but they never came back to me and now they have send a survey form to know my feedback.

Did experience a problem as the fitter when relocating the washing machine did not notice that the water hose had become detached causing a flood in the utility room. Also there was a leak of water from under the sink as two washers had been installed when only one was needed. Both problems were eventually corrected but this took several days after the fitting of the water softener.
