Excellent service and the chap that fitted my stairlift was very competent and friendly and only took 3 hours to fit and has helped me so much
Not very helpful to the needs I wanted
On the little I know of stair lifts, it looks relatively neat, and is effective. I have little idea of relative cost. Hence 4 from 5.
The USP for me from Acorn was speed of installation. 5 days, whereas others I contacted had far greater lead times.
There was a minor problem after installation, rectified within a couple of days, following easy contact.

Have used this company for my mother in law and had exceptional service and also no issues. It was a no brainer to get one for my Mum too! The only issue is it wasn’t installed correctly and the 24 hour support they offer is telephone support which wasn’t great when my parents were stuck upstairs. The first agent fobbed me off with false information about the engineer coming the second when I called back was fantastic. No one ever got back to me
My adjustable bed was delivered Tuesday 3rd September 2024. The bed is excellent so comfy. I am already seeing the benefits of the bed. My sleep pattern is very erratic. I often don't go to bed before 3-4am and it would be lunchtime before I got up. I now go to bed a bit earlier. I am sleeping better and the built in massager is excellent. I know adjustable bed are expensive but you pay for what you get.
