The appliance did not last long as expected

Initial discussions went very well, after the survey was completed (we were given incorrect information during the survey which was only discovered after paying a substantial deposit - "sales executive" became involved(who was very rude and aggressive with an 84 year old man waiting major surgery he told us that we had to complete the build (Contrary to survey discussions) we are now still waiting to complete the build - this is now leaving an elderly couple in a very vulnerable position - i wo
