Agency are good listeners but the carers are very poorly trained and predominantly from Zimbwau.
They need to be trained to look after English people with English diet. And need intensive dementia training

lovely company to work with. great on speed of calls and service. stairlift is good and the fact that you can rent it is even better as only really needed for a couple of months after operation. would recommend this company.
