Second survey proved that the job could not be done due to space restrictions
We have found Acorn excellent in every way. They have also continued to monitor our use of the chair lift and to ensure that we are happy with it . . . . which we are!

We have a stairlift from Acorn on a rental basis due to our circumstances. From the initial contact to the planning and installation Acorn we're professional and friendly.tgey gave good advice without pushing. The stairlift was fitted in less than a week, the fitter was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the function and overall look. Would be nice to have options on colour of seat and a more padded seat option but overall very pleased.

Wed 25th. Chap arrived 10.30 and seemed competent but either forgot a piece or broke it so was unable to finish the job when he left at 12.30.
Fri 27th. A different chap came at 11.30 to complete the job but then found the rail had been fitted incorrectly so changed that before he could finish the job. Then something else was wrong which he put right. He gave me a demo but did not leave me an instruction manual. He finally left at 1.15.
