Unfortunately my wife’s health has deteriorated so rapidly that we have no need of a stair lift . By the time you process this she may well have passed away .

I am thinking now, I made a bad decision. It was thru friend's referral, I selected Harveys compared to Kinetico. Harvey said they will send me friend's referral link and give me some additional salt blocks to me and to my friend but they are not responding. Also, they gave me an estimated amount of salt block per person per month but it is running 3 times more than what they said. I am unhappy with their service and quality.
5 star service .. great communication and go the extra mile to get the best product to suit your property and your requirements.

My husband could quite possibly have jumped the gun in ordering the stair lift as he is more mobile now!
Any company can look good when things are going well, but only good Companies can deal with problems quickly, effectively and leave the customer feeling more than satisfied! My Mobility did just that! They took responsibility for the problems, sorted them super-quick and left me feeling valued and listened to. My overall experience is very positive!
Chair arrived within a week was quoted 3. Not as comfy as I had hoped but overall pleased with the chair. Excellent service and good value
Besides getting us up and down , it’s great for moving packages like groceries and laundry.
Second survey proved that the job could not be done due to space restrictions
We have found Acorn excellent in every way. They have also continued to monitor our use of the chair lift and to ensure that we are happy with it . . . . which we are!
