The salt disappears much quicker than expected which make it more pricy than expected
They were all very professional and friendly. I must admit I was worried about any mess they may have left, but they left the house spotless. They even moved the furniture for me. I would definitely recommend a home lift to anybody. The neighbours said it was cool.

The hand controllers work when they feel like it. Every time you press a control it makes an awful whistle when it moves. There’s not enough room to comfortably ride up or down the stairs. Its manufacture makes me think that the design hasn’t been updated in the last 40 years. No thought has been given to how one can carry items on it. That’s just for starters.

Customer services was excellent as were all the engineers we dealt with, original salesman sold us inappropriate stairlift told us we needed hinge by door which failed but after the excellent customer service sorted it out within days with a hinge less stairlift

I was pleased Colin came to us and organise the lift to suit myself. Pete who looks after the maintenance for the lift phoned ask if everything was ok and it is . I highly recommend.
