The rack is misaligned at one joint and the conveyor unit jumps when passing.
Was given a time scale for delivery and installation which was accurate. Date of installation arranged and time window given - engineer arrived well inside an installed very quickly.
Remarkably tidy too and clearly expert at fitting.
Can’t fault the whole process at all and it has eliminated a real risk too. Peace of mind!
