the 8 individual employees met, excellant, but admin very poor with left hand not knowing right hand, brochure very inaccurate, lift itself fine except no handrail [NOTHING to hang onto] not told an extra when ordering. Inefficient mis-organising only offset by great on-site teams. So could not reccomend

It has changed my life. Now I can go upstairs multiple times a day without struggling. Quick response to my initial enquiry, representative came out within days and the fitter within a week. Chris (fitter) certainly knew what he was doing. It was fitted within two hours with minimal disruption. I can't imagine life without it now. Thank you Stannah.
