Stair lift broke down after two days. of being installed.
Had to make numerous phone calls to get any realistic proposed repair.
The proposed repair was nearly two weeks away, however there was still money owed by me on lift installation.
However once I spoke to customer care I got a satisfactory resolution.
The lift was repaired with in a couple of days.
I would say that their repair men were very good, polite and helpful.

Things advised at outset were not correct. Requests for a "driver" not met despite living in a village location with no shop, no bus and no access to the Doctors surgery other than by driving.
Flexibility poor.

This company is in disarray. Using debt collectors to recover money they were not owed. No contact with Harvey’s just the debt collectors. If they had talked to us first we could have resolved the issue immediately but no, weeks of stress and threatening letters. Come on Harvey’s time to up your game. Your good reputation is badly damaged.
