Very nice salesman but he sent so many emails but they were hard to follow to extract essential info, esp the quote. It would help if the website or site visit gave an indication of the price range. In the end the price was too high for the benefit. I liked the product but not for the location I needed.

More than happy with stairlift and Chris who was on time, polite, very professional and of a happy disposition. and put me at ease. Made sure I was happy with using the controls and assured me that if my cat should get in the way of the stairlift it would automatically stop immediately, and there is no way she could get caught under it. 11/10*

Unlike some home visit companies, Sales people in stores are not totally commission driven, much more comfortable and re-assuring

Absolutely the best choice made and I can see why it wasn’t the cheapest as the engineering and process from start to finish was done to the finest detail. I’m very happy and feel in safe hands with stannah.
Having six months and it breaks and all they want to do is tell you to buy another one
