THE COMPANY GAVE A EXCELLENT SERVICE, VISITED THE SHOWROOM WHICH HELPED ENORMOUSLY SEEING THE STAIR LIFT IN SITU, AND COULD TRY IT OUT.

Despite not actually proceeding owing to fact parent eventually wanted to move into care home, the level of service provided from the outset was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The advice, hints and follow-up were all very reassuring in a situation of which we had no prior experience. Thank you for all the time spent giving us crucial information and guidance.

Very pleased with the bed although it is early days It kept the price down not having to pay for removal of the old bed ,plus less hassle for me . Also the speed of the delivery was excellent and all sorted within half an hour
Good service very pleased from start to finish liked the people who deal with my needs unlike acorn who just seemed uninterested they were my first choice but sad to say all they are interested is how much money they could get out of me

I would have preferred a cheaper option but there are a limited number of water softeners which are non electric and fit under my sink. In the end I was happy to pay for a good device, and I was impressed by the quality of the installation
