Very happy with the service
The installation was fine but the app doesn’t update with the softener. We hadn’t been told that there way be an issue with the wifi not connecting as the softener is outside. We had to buy a wifi booster and the app still doesn’t update so is useless. Very disappointing. Customer Services have been no help and there’s been no follow up. I would not recommend Harvey’s, very dissatisfied.
Just great
Some issues with vibration on curves which I have raised with acorn. Other than that service was first class, speedy completion, no mess, very impressed.

Exterior stair lift purchased. Due to length and curvature of steps area stair lift goes extremely slow when adjusting. Does the job and tidy nice quality rails and chair however due to geographics of steps speed and performance disappointing.
