Customer service was nonexistent fitting was excellent and fitter was also excellent - stairlift operates easily for my 90 year old mom - sales were not interested once order was placed and customer services were unhelpful. Delivery was longer than promised and despite chasing several times no one was interested in helping - would not recommend for this reason alone

we limited our approach to two companies, Acord and Companion. Not sure why but these were the two that got in touch I suppose, most quickly. The salesman from Acord was approachable, smartly dressed, and empathic, able to alter his movements around the house to slow down to the speed of my mother, so she did not feel pushed. We have had our softener for 8 years and latterly found it was using to many salt blocks when I made enquiries with Harvey they told me I would have to have it looked at by a water softener company. That is not what I expected from the supplier of such a well known water softener supplier
