Good service but had to ring twice to get any help with the app not working but was resolved in the end.
The water softener does exactly as it says brilliant bit of kit

Late start, more than twice as long to prepare. Fitting delayed again for missing parts. Subsequent wiring failure took another week to redo.
Their beds are made by a 3rd party and delivered direct from their supplier
I had looked up hi and low prices for acorn chairlifts and it was $7500-m $5000...we were prepared to pay $7500
We installed a rented reconditioned stair-lift - the price is reasonable (for both installation and eventual purchase, if desired) and the support is first rate.
