Quickness of instillation
It was a tricky installation due to shortage of space but seems to have been done very competently. Pleased with the improvements to the product as well with the smaller salt blocks and WiFi to aid better and easier salt refilling.

The result is immediately, don't need to wait till, this or that. My wife son and daughter had problems with hair loss, dry skin and irritation on the scalp, also the problem with the Liam scale.
The same day the water softener was install there was an immediately change. Totally recommend this product. 100%
Ok at present but after 1 week the lift rail gas struts failed via a squealing noise on lowering. Service engineer came and looked saying that this was a common issue! Now waiting for the new replacement struts!!!!! Not a happy customer, but the lift at present can be used with care.
Expensive piece of kit to fit my stairway, looks the part but at present a poor after service within such a short time of fitment!!
