Being able to go up and down the stairs has given back a quality of life.

The chair is fine. Problem in so much as one of the side lumber cushions was not filled enough so it when flat when sitting in the chair. Having problems getting the company of Careco to get someone out to rectify the problem. Not very good after sales service.
I bought chair off shop floor sounds a bit creaky
bought a reconditioned 2023 manufacture Pollock Through Floor Lift which has made my life so much easier and have had no problems so far. Cost saving including fitting was some 50% on new. well chuffed.
